Returns the full path name or directory name of a string. It also
removes occurrences of a '\\' in the string if they aren't at the
beginning of the string.
Thus the command:
CleanFileName('a:\\main.mnu') returns 'A:\MAIN.MNU'.
CleanFileName also removes extra ending '\' and capitalizes the path.
