LfnSupported : Boolean

LfnSupported returns True if you're running a dos session that supports long file names. This doesn't tell you if the file system you're using supports it, just if the operating system supports it.

As of now Windows 95 only supports it from DOS running under windows and not outside of windows. Windows NT 4.0 as originally released does not support it. Why I don't know.
